DIGITUS^® presents a USB 2.0 to SATA adapter with one-touch back-up function

Data back-up at the touch of a button – wishful thinking? DIGITUS^® has now made it possible with a USB to SATA adapter and matching software

An external SATA or SATA II hard disk is connected to the adapter using the eSATA to eSATA connection cable supplied. The adapter can be connected direct to the PC by USB.

Under the operating systems Windows 2000 / XP / Vista, Mac OS/9 (9.9.2 recommended) and 10.2.8 or 10.3 OSX, no additional drivers are required. The operating system detects the hard disk connected by means of the adapter.

With the aid of the pre-installed software supplied, the user can define which data will be backed-up at a touch of the button on the adapter. The data transfer rate of max. 480MB/s ensures fast and convenient data back-up.

The recommended retail price for the adapter DA-70149-1 is € 14,90.
